Verizon may have the best overall coverage but customer service at their centers is terrible (they’re rather arrogant). After purchasing a razor phone, a co-worker gave me their older model (mine had died). After having it a month, one of the buttons which turned it to auto-mode was executed. Not understanding the extras, I went to a Verizon center on N Kipling in Arvada, CO to have settings corrected. The rep who checked the phone, told me that they would provide a discount of about $150 for a new phone which would also require a 2 year contract (to discontinue the contract would cost more than the discount). I left the center, downloaded a pdf which provided instructions on how to use the phone. After some reading, I corrected the settings. I’m seriously considering Cingular as they do carry-over minutes that aren’t used (where as Verizon doesn’t while charging rediculous prices for “going over the limit”).

Spelling: loose rimes (rhymes) with goose. If you meant lose, please learn the difference. I do not trust the advice of those who are careless with language.
