Northwest Airlines allows some cell phone use

Not a revolution yet but cell phones are becoming more accepted on board: Northwest Airlines is now allowing cell phone use after the plane has landed, when it is returning to the gate. (source)

please, no cell phone use on airlines. most cell phone users can be quite obnoxious. i remember at a concert (classical) one cretin actually answered a call and talked until i and other concertgoers voiced our extreme displeasure.
