Bandit robs bank while apparently talking on cell phone

Bandits get really busy nowadays, like this thief who robbed a bank this week in Philadelphia. Witnesses say he had a cellular phone and appeared to be talking to someone as he waited at the teller with his handgun. I guess robbing bank is not what it used to be anymore and one must conduct more business at the same time to make a living.
