More cell phone batteries explode in Vietnam

Are we going to have to buy life insurance along with a cell phone plan? Maybe, given the continuing saga of the exploding cell phones. Yesterday, the Inquirer reported two cell phone battery explosions in Vietnam, one in a Nokia phone (so far the champion of battery explosions with several cases last year) and another in a Samsung phone. Nokia usually blame these incidents on bad third-party batteries but in this case, the victim insists he bought his phone from a legitimate vendor and never changed the battery.
