Friday September 30, 2005
A class action lawsuit has just been settled between Verizon Wireless and users of the Motorola v710 cell phone. Users were disappointed that the phone's Bluetooth function had been crippled by Verizon. According to the settlement, you have a choice of: getting a $25 credit by Verizon; returning the V710 for a full refund with or without breaking your contract (without a termination fee).
