Can Cell Phone Jammers Bring Viewers Back In Movie Theatres?

A movie theatre association says attendance went down 7% percent from last year and blames cell phones among other nuisances that ruin the experience (of course, it can't be bad movies). So they seek permission from the FCC to install cell phone jamming devices, a currently forbidden practice. Now, try and remember when was the last time you skipped going to the movies because you feared a cell phone could ring and ruin it?
