Nokia And Sanyo Unite For Valentine's Day

Is it Valentine's day or pure economic realism? Nokia and Sanyo just announced that they will unite to build new CDMA phones. Nokia has always had trouble getting strong in that market, and Sanyo is having trouble with its cellular division in general. So both companies will unify their strengths. Details such as the new brand that will emerge from that new love affair haven't been discussed yet. Nokia-Sanyo? Sanyo-Nokia, just Nokia or perhaps Sanokia?
