Just in time for summer, check out my updated selection of handsets I believe to be the best 3 camera cell phones. They mix acceptable or excellent pictures with a good set of features. (Illustration: The Nokia N90, one of the best camera phones currently on the market)

Tracfone is the worst prepaid company for cell phone service I have ever worked with. Twice they double charged me when I tried to add minutes to my phone, and made me wait for over 90 minutes while they tried to fix the mistake they had made. NEVER USE TRACFONE!!! Their service is the WORST.
I AGREE concerning Tracfone. Nearly 100 new minutes just disappeared. A replacement phone was received after WEEKS of trouble. Would you buy time that vanishes without explanation?
