I want to know if anyone else feels the same way, I signed up for two years again with tmobile, I was given two X495 Samsung, they are junk, quite frankly they should be free. Well, a year into the contract I want new phones, seems every new person signing up gets the razor or another very popular phone, so I continue to email and call, but same answer, you have one or else you pay, well, I have to pay more than a new customer? and the phone seems to range in price depending on the site for t-mobile? No coupons are ever given, free holidays, ringtones, wallpaper, nothing, seems like I committed for another two years but they did not. I should have stayed a free agent, I feel cell phone companies are playing us…Help….
