Apple Can Keep Using The "iPhone" Name

Apple recently announced the long-awaited iPhone, but another company, Cisco, already owned the rights to the name "iPhone". Cisco threatened to take legal action but this week, both companies came to an agreement: Apple can use the name "iPhone". The terms of the agreement, including whether or how much money Apple will pay to Cisco, were not disclosed.
