If you work or have worked in the cell phone world, I'm interested in your confessions for upcoming interviews about the unknown side of the cell phone industry. I'm looking for "ex-" or current:
Salespersons willing to tell us more about their tricks-of-the-trade when dealing with consumers
Cell phone company call center employees
Base-station/network technicians willing to unveil how reliability issues are (or are not) handled by cell phone companies

I'm also interested in the inside story of: How phones are developped or tested; How technical support calls are handled; How much negociating power a customer willing to cancel a contract really has, and so on...
