Verizon Wireless VZ Navigator v4 Now Available
by Shane McGlaun
For many users one of the hottest applications on their mobile phones isn’t a music or video app, rather it’s a navigation application. Verizon Wireless announced that version 4 of its popular VZ Navigator application is now available.
The new version allows users in 75 cities across America to access information on traffic accidents and other problems on major roadways, get traffic updates and find detours around traffic and accidents. Verizon says that additional cities will be added to the new services later this year.
The new version also offers a 3D perspective view of maps, movie and events finder, weather reports and helps drivers find cheap gas prices at nearby gas stations. The new version is now available for $9.99 per month for unlimited access or $2.99 for one-day of use.
