With the world still eating up the deliciously chic iPhone 3G smartphones as fast as Apple can stock them, we are not to forget the valiant, do-it-all adversary for Sprint: the Samsung Instinct.

With its multimillion-dollar, movie-themed marketing campaign, the Instinct boldly attacks the iPhone 3G as the “iPhone killer”.

But is it really or is that merely marketing hype vying to compete for your smartphone dollar in a time when millions are being spent on both products? That’s the question we analyze in this Samsung Instinct review.

I agree that Samsung is really feature rich, the model I tried had difficulty moving from portrait to landscape mode with the keypad, while typing a SMS, but hopefully it was just the model I played with.
