After reviewing a wide array of cell phones in 2008, I recently published my list of the five best budget cell phones.
Cell phones making that list are priced in the budget ballpark of $50 and are all among my most highly rated handsets in 2008.

This is a great article, but I didn’t see any mention of the Krave (motorola.com/krave)? The new phone really gives you alot of bang for your buck. It’s a good phone to balance hectic schedules because of its multiple capabilities…
