T-Mobile just won a new award for customer service, but do you agree with it?

The carrier on Thursday snagged the top ranking among national wireless companies in the second J.D. Power & Associates “2009 Wireless Retail Sales Satisfaction Study”. The results are based on 8,637 Internet survey interviews conducted between Jan. 2009 and June 2009.
The ranking is aimed at a cell phone carrier’s achievements for overall customer experiences in store, online and by phone, according to T-Mobile. They say the four key factors that were used to measure performance were price and promotion, sales staff, store display and store facility.
