What is a group graphic?
A group graphic is a graphic that can be uploaded to your phone and associate them to certain callers so that a specific graphic appears when a specific person is calling - it's like having a graphical caller ID on your phone! Group graphics are also refered to as Caller Line Icons (CLI).
A group graphic is exactly the same as an operator logo (on Nokia phones), except that it is specially encoded to be recognized by your phone as a "group graphic". Once you receive it, you must first associate it to a specific group of callers (e.g. "friends", "family", "buziness" or "lovers" - if you have many!). Once that is done, you just need to link the callers you want to a specific group. Please refer to your owner's manual for details on how to do that. If you don't have your phone's owner's manual, go to the Manufacturers Links where most phone manufacturers feature online versions of their phone's owner's manuals.
