The color-screen improved StarTac
A Snapshot Review of The Motorola Timeport P8767

This phone is a newer equivalent of the StarTac phone, famous for its small size flip-phone design. But the P8767 has a few extras, including the three color LCD display.

Offered by CDMA technology network operators throughout North-America.

Did I like it?: Yes

The Pros:

• The color display. I thought it would be useless but found out that the high contrast result was worth it
• The keypad. This one is both tinny and efficient. Better than the StarTac!
• A good classy look

The Cons:

• Since it is a recent Motorola phone, why doesn't it have the melody-composer that we see in most recent European Motorola phones??
• Don't expect many colors since the most prevalant is green. Orange and blue are used only to display the current time and network alerts.

In a word...

A good classy functional phone.
