A Snapshot Review of The Panasonic ProMax EB-TX210

In a small and light package, this phone packs T9 predictive text input for text messages, a speaker phone and a fair battery life. Also exists in a rugged version, the EB-TX220 "Duramax" phone.

Carried by AT&T Wireless in the U.S and Rogers AT&T in Canada.

Did I like it?: Yes

The Pros:

• Small size, almost as small as the Nokia 8890 or Nokia 8260.
• Lightweight
• Included speakerphone
• T9 predictive text input

The Cons:

• No melody composer, which is weird since European Panasonic phones have one (see The Euro-Asian Mobile Phone Conspiracy)
• No micro-browser

In a word...

An excellent price/quality ratio, very good for those who are not very interested in the Wireless Internet or in having a very personalized phone but only want a good low cost convenient communication device.
