Pros: simple to use
Cons: lose of display, bad reception, low battery when speaker phone in use
Additional Comments: I went through 3 of these phones and my display would just be lost. I took it to my provider this last time and they gave me the same model and it had the same problem (brand new) and 2 more after that. I highly suggest not getting this phone if you like to see what you are doing..

Pros: None. There are better, cheaper phones, judging by any criteria.
Cons: It is too small to get good reception. The displays on both of my 8600s died after 6 months.
Additional Comments: My fingers are too big to use it, too.
