Pros: attached file downloads, avtive sync, media player
Cons: cant hear ring no loud ringtones, poor battery power, need to find xmodem and dialer to use with pc.
Additional Comments: many hangs and reboots needed. need microsoft voice command. need special files for pc connection

Pros: Powerful, great display,
Cons: Very low battery life, poor sound (ringer, volume), inconsistant (quality issues)
Additional Comments: Good phone, but lacks features that I blame Verizon for not allowing (i.e. camera, WIFI)
