Review Title: Better than the last one (by Tom) - 12/31/2006

Pros: durable for a flip phone w/ external LCD, performs better than the last 3 phones from same service provider
Cons: speaker phone is useless, ringer volume could be louder
Additional Comments: Overall this phone has performed well for me. Working in construction I go through a lot of cell phones, but so far inspite of coutless falls and hits the worst that has happened is a tiny crack on the external LCD. Better signal stregnth than another brand new phone from same same provider.

Pros: Nice size, can handle display
Cons: Both phones shut off on their own, when on the phone it gets extremely hot
Additional Comments: We have only had these phones since Feb. of 06 and started having trouble in August of 06 and have sent one in for repair in early November and are still waiting for the phone to return. They are JUNK and I will NEVER own another one. Very unhappy!!!!

Pros: The Size of the Phone is nice, the color is nice
Cons: THE WORST DOWNLOAD RINGTONE QUALITY, yellow keypad, life of the battery, the battery and the keypad get HOT, the camera sucks, the most dropped calls ever, the huge antenna and too many more cons
Additional Comments: This phone is ok for a young kid, but when you are using this phone to talk lots in low signal area's and want to be able to take pictures, this phone is not for you.

  • Review Title: Nice so long as it lasts (by Marina) - 12/18/2006

    Ratings for the following topics:
  • - Sound Quality
  • - Speakerphone
  • - Ringtone Volume
  • - Strength of Signal Reception
  • - Keypad
  • - Display
  • - Selection of Features
  • - Text Messaging
  • - Camera

Pros: good sound, nice display, right size for me
Cons: short battery life, battery charge does not last, battery dead after a year, phone dead after 16 months
Additional Comments: This phone was nice in use so long as it lasted, despite poor battery performance. I used up 3 batteries in 16 months before the phone died. The basic design seems to be good, but quality is poor. I haven't used it that much, and have been relatively careful with it, so it should have lasted much longer.

  • Review Title: No Title (by Suzy) - 12/10/2006

    Ratings for the following topics:
  • - Sound Quality
  • - Speakerphone
  • - Ringtone Volume
  • - Strength of Signal Reception
  • - Keypad
  • - Display
  • - Selection of Features
  • - Text Messaging
  • - Camera

Pros: nice compact size, nice color, lots of features
Cons: low battery, heats when charged sometimes, camera button in bad spot, low volumn, drops calls, phone shuts off during calls, called for help and no answers to questions.
Additional Comments: Phone was not cheap, should have worked for more than 2 years to date. Volumn should have been better. Virgin Mobile should have better informed personnel answering questions when callers ask. Simple answers to correct problems take lots of calls until you get someone who knows and answers the question correctly.
