Pros: lots of available ringtones games and programs, display has good resolution
Cons: battery life is a bit short, trutone and mp3 rings distort at higher volumes

Cons: poor security, hackers have used $279.00 worth of air time
Additional Comments: if this were a used car market this phone is a definite lemon, bell canada should be ashamed of themselves for carrying a phone such as this
