Pros: Good display, excellent battery life, good email , etc.
Cons: Sound of user's voice being transmitted is bad
Additional Comments: I got around the bad sound of my voice over the phone by buying an after market earbud/mic combo. The fact that the latter corrected the sound problem leads me to believe the built in mic is mediocre at best.

Cons: not much multi-media
Additional Comments: If you are looking for pda, phone, email, web browser - then this is your phone. I even have the NIV bible and a fully functional word processor.

Cons: Getting used to the keyboard, bad manual, too many menus.
Additional Comments: What a deal. Paid $119 including tax, then $100 rebate. Total: $19.00. Can do it all. What a piece of equipment!
