Pros: Looks Good, nicde size!
Cons: Low volume, one ring tone, requiors book to figure out
Additional Comments: Ripped by the dealer, Spring saved my coins. Watch out for the snakles that fr some reason will lock you into a 2 year agreemengt, snak your rebate, and send you out the door while keeping your rebate. But the laugh is on them when they find out that the home office has it out for there ass.

Review Title: Not quite ready for prime time. (by TDR) - 08/23/2006

Pros: email is fine, reliable
Cons: Display is terrible., can't be seen in sunlight and icons are way too small, overall it works like an engineer wrote the specs and normal folks never tested it - clunky, battery life mediocre
Additional Comments: Display is horrible. The icons for email waiting, unviewed mail, etc. are too small. There are small icons in this are that I have no clue what they mean. The battery life and signal strength indicators waste valuable space. The top 25% of the screen is apparently programmed in ROM. Changing themes doesn't change it, so only Blackberry can change it. Phone is clunky, for example, it takes too many clicks of the thumbwheel to turn on the speakerphone and too many cryptic commands to turn it on from the keyboard...gimmee a dedicated key! ADD VOICE RECOGNITION, PLEASE! Lots of other phones have it and it is one of those features that you can't do without once you have used it.

Cons: Not a great display outdoors, hard to see outside in sunlight,
Additional Comments: The 7130e is definately an easier handling phone than the older models, but they haven't perfected the display for outdoor use. The phone also has some issues when attempting to use it in the wind, the voice cuts out if you are facing into the wind. Not a bad phone though for users who don't use the phone outside.

Pros: Excellent Business Tool. Could not live without it!
Cons: Motorola bluetooth headset does have very good vol with blackberry
