Pros: Looks Great, Screen is easy to read, Keyboard works well
Cons: Drops calls in low signal area, takes some getting used to, bulky
Additional Comments: Phone looks great. It takes some getting used to. The scroll ball in the middle is odd, but nice once you learn how it needs to work. It is easy to set up and get mail flowing. I am disappointed that a lot of the ringtones are not able to be used.

Pros: excellent media player, expandable, full GPS Navigation system, sound quality, well made platform, user friendly, size, desktop manager, great reception, wide variety of capabilities for productivity
Cons: no camera
Additional Comments: Really a great phone. Can be used as a high speed modem for internet use. Has full GPS tracking and naviation capabilities. eBook friendly. I had the pearl prior to the release of the 8800 and enjoyed it, but it was too small for me. 8800 has full qwerty pad and is so easy, even a cave man could do it. lol. You can also pull any song from your desktop and use it as a ringtone which saves you money if you love buying new ringtones. Helps make those hard to find oldies possible ringtones!
