Pros: very nice display, Easy to use thumb wheel.
Cons: No signal, dropped calls, sound cuts out,
Additional Comments: This phone has been a big problem since I got it. Not worth the money at all. It always drops calls, or can't find signal. P.O.S.

Pros: All the blackberry pros, calendar, tasks, contact management, etc
Cons: Can't load pictures, or ringtones, no voice dialing, except... ( if you pay the BIS )
Additional Comments: If you purchased this thinking it was a great phone PLUS all the BBerry perks, you are dead WRONG. It is a BBerry with (the minimum) cell phone functionality, no personalization allowed, unless (of course), you pay the BBERRY internet service, then you can download stuff (always money involved...)

Pros: Better phone feel, nice ringtones, very easy messaging
Cons: Horrible sound quality, still bulky
Additional Comments: If you are looking for just a messaging device, this PDA is great. The phone is a piece of junk. You can't hear anything on it. I had the 7290 before the 7100, and I had to go back.

Pros: Completely adictive business tool when using BES. Instant email and instant messaging.
Cons: Not load enuff. Can barely hear it while driving with a bluetooth headset. Battery life did not seem up to par.
Additional Comments: I have CellularOne and they made it so I can't get upgrades which is dumb. I hear if you upgrade the software it gets louder.
