Pros: Bright display, handles abuse well.
Cons: Abbreviated keypad, unit falls from belt clip, leather pouch no good, display lights your face at night when on the phone,
Additional Comments: Switch from 7520 to evaluate the 7100. I found the 7100 very frustrating when typing messages. Reverted back to 7520 after 1 month. Even with the dimmer display my prefernce by far is the 7520

Cons: Ringtones, bulky size (I wear it on my belt),
Additional Comments: Mostly disappointed over lack of quality Ringtones available, MP3 quality. Nobody wants to hear poly/mono ringtones--irratating.
