    Pros: easy operation
    Cons: random crashes
Additional Comments: The OS will crash and/or go into "routine maintenance". When this happens, every bit of data is deleted including your contact list. Not a very good feature. This has happened to me at least 8 times in 18 months, very fustrating when you are on the road and this happens.

Pros: convieneny palm device and phone in one
Cons: Many features are incompatable with Windows XP, I am really dissapointed in my Kyocera 7135. Many features incompatable with Windows XP .
Additional Comments: I am really dissapointed in my Kyocera 7135. Many features are incompatable with my Windows XP software. I am unable to use the MP3 player (incompatable with Windows XP). No e-mail, no web. Tech support was unable to help. My wireless network prevents me from cusomising ringtones. The hands free connection is poor, with the sound cutting out. The car charger, which I had to purchase seperately has a poor connection which causes the phone to turn off and on repetedly. Even if I could use the MP3 feature, the phone didn't come with stereo earpieces to listen to music. While I enjoy having a palm device and phone in one unit, I could have saved a lot of money by purchasing one with just those features. Sorry Kyocera... bad product.
