Pros: great look, many other options like tip calculator and radio
Cons: within the year, screen display stopped working, battery did not keep a charge, contacted LG and stop selling replacement charger
Additional Comments: I paid almost $400 for a phone that let me down within the year. LG and Sprint were not cooperative in assisting with replacement when the phone stopped working. I had to send it back to the manufacturer more than once. This phone has turned me off from all LG products.

Pros: Loved the phone, was happy until recently
Cons: battery not as good as it used to be
Additional Comments: Within a year, the battery life has faded and my screen is going out. Too bad too, 'cuz it really was a great phone!

Pros: It has a ton of features
Cons: battery life sucks, med low too low med WAY too loud, vibrate can be heard from the next room, software upgrade actually made the phone worse,
Additional Comments: After 8 months mine needed to be replaced, for near 400 dollars that shouldnt have happened. The volume is either too low or WAY too high. When the software upgrade was performed words dropped from the T9 dictionary (mostly adult, like 12 year olds are buying 400 dollar phones), I swear the keypad lock also disappeared with the upgrade...that sucks.

Cons: low battery life, vibrate feature is way too loud, no bluetooth, price
Additional Comments: i bought this phone and loved it from the start. All the features were perfect for me and the ringtones are supurb. This is the best phone I've ever owned and I have never had any problems, great phone!
