Review Title: Worst Phone I've Ever Owned/Used (by LG User) - 08/17/2006
Ratings for the following topics:
- Sound Quality
- Speakerphone
- Ringtone Volume
- Strength of Signal Reception
- Keypad
- Display
- Selection of Features
- Text Messaging
Pros: speaker phone
Cons: very low battery life, awful signal, awful reception, numerous dropped calls
Additional Comments: I'm on my second replacement phone and all three (including the original) have had the same problems: dropped calls, bad signal, and bad reception. Verizon can only keep giving me replacements of the same model, so, I'm stuck with this POS for at least 2 more years.

Review Title: A good investment, save for battery life (by Andrew) - 08/10/2006
Ratings for the following topics:
- Sound Quality
- Ringtone Volume
- Strength of Signal Reception
- Keypad
- Display
- Selection of Features
- Text Messaging
Pros: nice display, good sound, replaceable and somewhat-stylish covers, speakerphone (which I don't use)
Cons: no outside LCD screen (which I knew), battery life is horrible, no camera (which I knew), poor ringtone selection
Additional Comments: Whilst I get some dropped calls from time to time, it's been pretty rare for me compared with what others have discussed. I'm guessing that there are "good batches" and "bad batches" of the product from the factory. Other than the battery life (I generally have to charge nightly or every other night), I enoy the feel of the phone and its feature set, which is very extensive considering the price of the unit.

Pros: all features work pleasantly well, takes a while to get use to setup
Cons: Terrible reception, 90% dropped calls,
Additional Comments: We have 4 phones on the my home plan, this phone is the only one that drops calls, I had it repaired then changed it for a new phone, same thing...a phone to stay away from. I googled it and others are having same problem. (Verizon has excellent reception in my area also)
