Pros: Reliable phone,good battery life

Additional Comments: You all keep saying that the battery dies quickly thats because the battery that the phone came with was recalled & if you take it back to verizon theyll replace it with a new battery that doesnt die quickly.Also you guys keep sayingthe phones a bad phone,if its such a bad phone whyd you get it? i dont think theres anything wrong with the phone at all & personally i think you just like to find things to complain about cause well theres nothign wrong with the phone other than small details you can pick out.

Additional Comments: i was surprised to see that people said it has low battery life.. haven't have problems at all with it.... or lost calls

Pros: cheap, use voice memo to get custom ringtones
Cons: terrible batter life (sometimes it shuts off do to low battery and when turned back on has 3 bars), no internet, no camera, no sending or receiving of pictures, low durability, lost calls
Additional Comments: The first VX3300 I had, I babied. Within 2 months the phone started to get a black line across its screen, which kept growing bigger, then the 4 key stopped working, so I called LG (worse tech support ever) and they told me the warranty was void because I must have dropped it. I took it into Verizon and they replaced it. The new phone has problems with the volume keys and the power key not working very well, you have to jam it down for it to work. 1 year warranty is up, so no replacements. Stay away from this phone, and if at all possible, stay away from LG (according to them there warranties are void as soon as you buy them, because you have no proof of what happened)

Pros: nice display, nice ringtones, easy-to-use text messaging
Cons: bad volume, no internet, horrible battery life, no outside screen
Additional Comments: I like the phone for how easy it is to use, but it lacks a lot. I think that if it had the internet and get it now it would be a very good phone to own.
