Pros: you set the speaker to off for voice calls.
Cons: speaker is not loud enough for ppt calls if you turn off speaker for voice calls

Pros: Easy to use, good features, overall good phone, except for the speaker
Cons: SPEAKER IS HORRIBLE, SOUNDS IS POOR AND THEY BREAK FOR NO REASON
Additional Comments: I have had two LG VX4700 phones in the past two months. Why two, because the speakers just stop working for no apparent reason!!!!!!!
