Pros: good display,opera mini software
Cons: low battery, low volume, software is not installed
Additional Comments: hi, i m daman 4om ludhiana.i have buy this set but i m not happy to buy this expensive set. there r some reasons regarding this.messenger is not installed in this. i have tryied several times from different sides. i have asked from service centre of motorola they have said motorola is not compatible for this. before buying this set i m using nokia ngage QD. in that many software can installed .so i m very dipressed to purchase A780 set. and now i m trying to sell this. cell no: 919914016642

Ratings for the following topics:
Pros: good sound and display, allowed me to get rid of PDA, camera not bad
Cons: exterior key pad backlight stopped functioning, sync software not very good, cannot use gps feature in US
Additional Comments: customer support not very good from Motorola. They deny that the phone exists in the US. When things work with it it is great. The software for syncing with Outlook was wonderful initially, and now does not work. This defeats the purpose of having a PDA phone.
