Pros: you can use sprint to talk and nextel to walkie talkie, great sounds , ringtones super, good display
Cons: sometimes will drop calls and get calls later or next day.
Additional Comments: This is a great phone. I had to get it because there is not a tower close to my house to use Nextel. I love the fact I can use Sprint to make calls and Nextel for my walkie talkie. The phones has great ringtones downloads. You will like this phone.

Pros: Light, Durable, Functional, Sleek, Capable
Cons: Battery life, Not many freedies
Additional Comments: I've had many Motorola phones and the ic502 is a complete communications package. Direct connect, direct-talk, messaging, SMS, email, internet, this phone does it all. If your looking for music or gaming this might not be the phone for you.

Cons: none so far
Additional Comments: I have had the phone for a month, before I had a nextel and I had dropped calls atleast 10 times a day, and I have not had one so far, and I have not lost service!

Pros: small size, nextel walkie-talkie, sprint cellular
Cons: horrible battery life, weak speakerphone, lame ringtones, small display
Additional Comments: got the phone for work for the "hybrid nature" of the phone(sprint cellular, nextel walkie talkie service), it works i guess. would never buy another one. no frills and seems like it was rushed on the market. battery life is simply inexcusable.
