Pros: contact management
Cons: very low sound both ear volume and speaker volume are bad, hard to find alarm setup (almost useless), u can't hear ringtones or see pictures while selecting
Additional Comments: it's cool phone if you don't use it for voice (very bad call quality)

Review Title: Very disappointed! (by Sportsfan) - 12/10/2005

Pros: good display
Cons: powers-off frequently, poor reception, volume control poor location
Additional Comments: The phone has some very nice features; however, it is a lemon. I finally had to change to a different phone. Within 7 months I had to get 4 MPX 220's and they all had problems. Mainly the phone would power-off when I closed the handset.

Review Title: Not too bad - some problems though (by Rolf Hansen) - 09/19/2005

Pros: Very customizeable, Great MS Outlook Syncronization, Downloadable software
Cons: Low mp3 ring volume, Pathetic alarm, No MS file reader shipped in my country
Additional Comments: The alarm causes real problems: Besides the fact that it is hidden deep within the menus, if you snooze the alarm it seems to confuse the operating system and the phone needs to be rebooted.
