Review Title: Beautiful Six-Sigma Failure (by User Name Withheld) - 08/27/2006

Pros: Very cool design, fairly intuitive operation, painless bluetooth synching and file tranfer with my MacBook. Opens like a classic StarTrek Communicator.
Cons: It arrived with a broken keypad.
Additional Comments: A six-sigma failure. The keypad was intermittent right out of the box, the "select" key worked only rarely. By the end of 30 days of very light use, the "0" key was giving me "5" or "7" or nothing, and the "Back" key was being read as a "7" or a "2". When it works, it works very well, but the progressive failure of the keypad makes it useless -- my cell provider is replacing it for free. Overall, I give it a 5 -- but that is a comment on Moto's QA, not on the design or feature set of the phone.

Review Title: Pretty, but needs some improvement! (by Opal) - 07/12/2006
Ratings for the following topics:
- Sound Quality
- Ringtone Volume
- Strength of Signal Reception
- Keypad
- Display

Pros: It is a really hot looking phone!
Cons: The signal reception is absolutely horrible. The free phone I have for backup works way better. This makes me very sad. :*(
Additional Comments: I love the look, but they have to do something about the signal reception. It is ridiculous to have such a nice phone, but not be able to call out or receive calls alot of the time.
