Pros: looks
Cons: Extremely poor quality of production. Mine went blank in 10 days of purchase. Motorola service centre is not fixing it and also refusing to replace it.
Additional Comments: Never buy it as it's a big losing proposition Motorola is bunch of liers and cheats their representatives keep giving you stories without resolving any issue. I've lost my entire money on this phone and they're not fixing the issue.

Cons: horrible voice quality, hard to understand callers, hard to hear it ring
Additional Comments: i'm getting rid of it even tho it is only 3 mos. old. my neighbor is doing the same with her RAZR. DO NOT BUY! Very disappointing even tho it is sleek design, the voice reception stinks!
