Pros: flip-phone, descent camera, speakerphone capabilities, design
Cons: terrible battery life, charging port unacceptable, dropped calls, phone shuts off when you flip it open
Additional Comments: This is the second v265 that I have owned and I am still having the same problems with it that I had with the first one. The charging port is terrible and does not work all the time. Battery life is really low, after two calls it goes from 3/3 life to 1/3. Worst phone I have ever owned.

Cons: sometimes my phone wont charge, camera is junk you can barely see any pictures, no flash
Additional Comments: im on my 4th replacement phone and the one they sent me currently is junk im buying a new phone in the middle of my plan because i cant stand this one DO NOT BUY

Cons: Battery charger and battery very problematic.
Additional Comments: I have taken this piece of junk to Verizon store at many occation, they have given me new charger or place the batter at least 3-4 times within last 1 year. They deny there is a problem with the phone. Now I am out of warrany and out of luck. I cannot charge my phone at all. This is my last Motorola phone, I don't if they fix the problem. They don't stand behind their product, they lost me as customer forever.

Review Title: not great, not horid (by austin) - 09/06/2006

Pros: can take a beating, has cam, people can hear you fine, spk phone
Cons: drops calls (on alltel), rings when it wants to, small buttons, not great menu layout, not very customizable
Additional Comments: i have dropped it many times on cement from 3 to 6 feet up and only the inner fome around the outer display is broken (thin fome blocking the outer display), i dont know if its the phone or alltel that dropps all the calls but its usually about 15-20 a month, not a good inside phone,
