Pros: Good fetures, good looks
Cons: Very poor reception when singnal is not very strong.
Additional Comments: I tryed two different new phones with different SIMs. I am convinced that this phone has a major design issue.The volume is low, and if signal is not strong, you hardly can hear anything.

Review Title: ringer tone volume (by jva) - 04/12/2006

Pros: a high quality, durable phone with very good reception and features.
Cons: the ringer volume is terrible . I t (on its own ) goes to ascending volume. It needs to be turned off and on to reset and then it may only last for a few minutes to a few days.
Additional Comments: There needs to be a fix for this problem. I'm on my second 6101 and after 1 week this phone developed the same poblem as the first. By the time one hears the ringer as it increases in volume (it's not set for ascending volume) it has gone to voice mail. I've tried all the fixes the carrier has suggested but no success.
