Pros: Cool phone, nice to look at , Has many good built in functions
Cons: If the software doesn't take then forget using it to it's fullest capabilities, Don't email Nokia for support you won't get it
Additional Comments: I like the phone but can't use it to the utmost of it's abilities because the software won't sync up with my PC so I am looking at a different phone. If you are a novice user then it is good so that you can impress people but advanced users and people with larger hands will not like the buttons or the menu

Pros: Symbian OS, Nice Sound from FM radio
Cons: Clumsy keypad design, volume is not loud enough, bulky
Additional Comments: Had it for a few weeks. Sold it on Ebay, I am waiting for the 6280
