Pros: Phone is a solid performer -- when it works that is.
Cons: Nokia support of this device is terrible
Additional Comments: I work for a Major cell phone provider -- I can't recommend this phone to anyone based on the support Nokia offers. Don't get me wrong this is a great phone packed with great features. The only thing I would want to add is a camera, but since I don't use a cell phone to take pictures much it isn't a big deal. My problem is when the phone stopped working. While surfing the web, it suddenly quit working and regardless of how I turned the phone on, it would never come back. Fine it's under warranty right, ship it back to Nokia right? Nokia has had my phone for over a month -- they can't fix it due to a lack of spare parts. They also can't send me a new phone -- again they claim a lack of supplies. They offered me a refund, but that is going to take an additional 4 - 6 weeks. For those that buy this phone, I'm telling you Nokia support is way below par and basically you're on your own if something goes wrong. I would recommend going with Palm , Blackberry, Motorolla before purchasing this phone as I have had better support of their products. Those that purchase this phone will probably opt for some kind of data plan to go with it. My experience would leave me paying for cellphone service and the data plan for two months while I couldn't use that service because the phone can't be fixed by Nokia.

Review Title: Gotta Love It (by Eross) - 11/04/2006

Pros: User friendly, email client options
Cons: No mac software!!!!!
Additional Comments: I love the device. Unfortunately my company is mac based so I was not able to do as much as the device is capable of. Besides that is was a great investment.

Review Title: My month with the E62 (by User Name Withheld) - 10/29/2006

Pros: size, looks, use of keys, stability
Cons: The processor is extremely slow
Additional Comments: Nees higher speed processor, as long it doesn't affect the battery life. Why in 2006 would you have a processor this slow. Great price at $149.00

Pros: nice display, long battery life, sync w/PC, loads of features
Cons: interface not always intuitive
Additional Comments: it's so new there aren't many downloads yet, but expect there will be more in future
