Pros: software available, ease of use
Cons: no speaker, not very practical as a mobile phone, very bad endurance
Additional Comments: broken every month for the first 3 months

Ratings for the following topics:
Pros: Great Display, Nice ergonomics, Super Reception ANYWHERE in the world that has a network ive been
Cons: BAD revolting sound, batteries die in performance after about 200 charges, stylus is very slippery
Additional Comments: The overal unit is ok and its the best palm (out of over 20) that i have had, but it still needs some minor improvements on keys etc.

Pros: easy WAP, easy email, good SMS and OfficeToGo Excellent (must download)
Cons: bad sound, no build in speaker/mic, Java compatibility issue(can be overcome)
Additional Comments: Excellent value for money, reliable, does the job, some pretty add-ons would be nice
