Pros: compact, sleek, camera is great, color display is phenomenal

Additional Comments: i wrkd 4 a cell fon compny for 5 yrs. I've done everything frm customer serv to tech suppot for cell fons. the prob i hd w/this fon is that within 5 months the flip broke!! it literally came aprt! (and no i hd not droppd the fon) i contctd my carrier, (v) and they replcd it with anthr fon, that broke 3 mnths later, and they wld NOT stand by the eqpmnt. i knw they didn't mk the fon, but whn i ws w/the cell compny if we knew a fon ws a piece of junk, we let cust get something betr bcz lets face it, we wrk there, we knw wht fons r good and wht is not. Needless to say, contacting samsung ws not helpfull either, they wldn't stand behind their product, less than 12 mnths old. I am really leary of purchasing frm them again-everrrrr!!! So don't let the reviews fool u, nice looking fon, but prior to getting this fon, i had only hd 2, so I'm nt hard on fons. When I left the cell fon compny, it went all dwn hill. haven't hd a decent piece of cellular equipment yet!!

Pros: Bright display, good speakerphone, sharp looking, plays mp3s well.
Cons: Camera button
Additional Comments: Just something I thought everyone should know. When you use this phone as an MP3 player the overall performance of it is good. But when you loose signal and the phone "searches" for a carrier, the music is choppy and skips. I think the processor is being taxed when it has to play music and search for a signal at the same time.
