Pros: excellent design, great software, great display, great menu
    Cons: missing funktions
Additional Comments: You cant choose your own melodi for when you recieve an sms, mms or email. But only choose between the ones that are one the fone. That the vibrator dosn't work while the fone is ringing, but only before. And you can't both have vibrator and tone, when you recieve a sms, mms or email, but only one of them. But besides this it is a very great fone, with ar great design, havn't meet a person who dosn't like or admirre it.

  • Review Title: Style and flexibility (by Che) - 08/28/2006

    Ratings for the following topics:
  • - Sound Quality
  • - Speakerphone
  • - Ringtone Volume
  • - Strength of Signal Reception
  • - Keypad
  • - Display
  • - Selection of Features
  • - Text Messaging
  • - Camera

Pros: great design, incredibly individualizable, very good menu structure, very intuitive
Cons: touch screen reacts slow, speaker quality below average, needs software for usb connect, all platic
Additional Comments: I have been loyal to Nokia for years. After I had a look at the new N70, I'll not buy another Nokia phone ever. Thus I decided (after hours of going through phone reviews) to go for a Samsung. I don't regret the decision. Ok, the speaker quality is below average: everybody sounds a little like a 60s robot. Also, the touch screen keys are mildly (and sometimes majorly) annoying and don't really add a value - apparently Samsung just thought it would be cool to have them. However, the fantastic configuration possibilities and the brilliant display together with a superb menu structure that is very intuitive and very user friendly make more than up for the drawbacks. I would buy it again...
