Pros: Light, compact, great hand feel
Cons: will not find a network where i live in france
Additional Comments: Other phones I have here have no trouble finding the Orange network. The Samsung, using the same Orange SIM, only functions in Brive La Gaillarde, not where I live and work, about 40 Km from Brive. Samsung tech support was baffled and offered no help.

Cons: t-zones is about dial-up speed
Additional Comments: This is the best phone that I have ever owned. I have it on the T-Mobile To Go service.

Pros: battery life ok
Cons: camera sucks, no video
Additional Comments: my phone insurance company for t mobile sent me this as a replacement for the t 309. i really hated that phone and this one is even worse. no video. the whole main menu is set up wierd, and there is no way to change its display. u cant customise any of the buttons.
