Pros: Neat , light and reasonably good screen image
Cons: VERY low battery life, '^ and other superscripts clubsy to use or non-existent, font size too small for the 40 age group!!!!
Additional Comments: I would really liked to have tried out the phone first. Being locked into 2 year contract is depressing when you don't really know what you're buying. Purchasing a car allows at least a test drive!! FONT SIZE TOO SMALL FOR OLDER USERS!! (even if the large text option is used.) You HAVE to consider your more senior clients!! The unsolicited pictures in received smses are confusing and trivial. 'Ek dog jy't geweet' has a picture of a dog (??) in the message! The manual is a dead loss.

Pros: FUNCTIONAL,EXCELLENT DISPLAY,NICE IN THE HAND, WORKS WELL
Cons: no infrared, bluetooth nto easy to use
Additional Comments: had trouble transferring from imate by bluetooth, otherwise phone is good ,does everything I need . looks good ,feels good, amazingly light and not as fragile as it looks.

Cons: The only things it lacks are a light for the camera, and it would be a perfect phone if it had expandable memory of any type
