Review Title: Hope you don't like texting... (by guythatisgettingtiredofsprint) - 11/29/2006

Pros: excellent display, nice palm OS
Cons: Unable to see who text messages are from, Sprint will not develop solution.
Additional Comments: I was just informed by Sprint that they are leaving all I500 users behind in the dark. Because they don't officially sell the I500 anymore, they won't be developing a solution to the fact that, when you recieve text messages, you don't see who they're from, what number they're from, can't reply or respond in any way. You also can't send messages without a third party program. There is no third party program to allow you to see the sender info, or to reply. I will be taking my business elsewhere...and where's my vegetable platter?! I can't work under these conditions! I'm off the project!

Pros: resolute display screen, ease of button features, sound is good
Cons: no built-in text messaging has got to be the ultimate problem I have with this phone. The browser that came with the phone has to be upgraded if you want any type of speed / useability ; no exp. slot
Additional Comments: The more software I download, the better I like it, but that's just it: if you aren't willing to buy the software to see what a performance machine it can be, don't even bother buying it.
