Cons: You have to yell for others to hear you talk!
Additional Comments: Microphone needs work - definately! No one can hear me when I am talking to them unless I am yelling!

Pros: ringtone customization, excellenet speakerphone, unique keypad, unique backlight (orange)
Cons: large size makes it cumbersome to carry

Pros: nice camera and video recording option, size, good display, speakerphone is good in quiet areas.
Cons: earpiece and charger connections, echoes on some calls, ringer volume, small "recessed" keypad
Additional Comments: I have been through 4 ,yes 4 for earpieces, they were good for about 3 monthes then just quit working or hanging up calls. At thirty dollars a pop that's unacceptable. A cheap brand from wally world has worked the longest! Echoes badly at times could be the network or cell site, caller on other end can't hear the echo. Ringer volume could be better sometimes hard to hear but I work in an enviroment that has a lot of ambient noise. It does take decent pictures but if you want to tranfer them have fun with the data cable. The video record feature is nice. Overall this was a mediocre phone at best I will be looking for a different brand the next time around.
