Pros: Easy to use.
Additional Comments: If you want to add any ringtones you will need to download a program on to your phone that will cost at least $20.

Pros: Great display quality, Palm OS is great
Cons: Battery life is horrible, no acceptable AOL IM application that I am aware of (Sidekick has a great one...would love the same)
Additional Comments: It's not easy to use as a phone while trying to do other things. It is small, no antennae (a plus)
