Pros: Excellent display, quick web access
Cons: Low battery life, difficulty downloading ringtones
Additional Comments: The palm works well and the display is great but phone hard to navigate with one hand. Downloading new ringtones is very challenging.

Pros: The 680 is the first smartphone I've owned, but I am still being amazed at how useful it is proving to be. My husband has had a 7model for a few years now and is even impressed by the 680.
Cons: Have not found one yet!

Pros: excellent display, easy to use, lots of features, loud speakerphone, loud ringer
Cons: battery life
Additional Comments: I've only had mine for a few weeks, so I still havent use some of the features, but I love it. The only drawback is the battery life, but I was spoiled with my old phone that lasted for days on end....but will much fewer features. So its a tradeoff.

Pros: Super clear display, easy navigation, ability to create ms documents on phone, super fast web-browsing, compact size
Cons: battery life
Additional Comments: This is my first experience with a Palm and I love it. It does everything I could ever need. I love being able to create spreadsheets and word documents on my phone.
